Essentials of Safety & OSH Standards for Oil & Gas Industry (Standards Course)   AKA OGOP110

Description: This course provides essential training for experienced employees working in or returning to the oil and gas industry. Its focus is most relevant to safety and health personnel, managers, front-line supervisors, forepersons, or anyone who has safety or compliance responsibilities. It is designed to provide proficient-level understanding of safety and health hazards, OSHA regulations, industry standards, and other incorporated work practices associated with the oil and gas industry.

 

This course includes an in-depth compilation of OSHA standards (29 CFR 1903, 1904, 1910, 1926, API, ANSI, NIOSH, and DOT) specific to the oil and gas industry. It is designed for people that are required to enforce, oversee, and perform training duties—it is an absolute must for anyone seeking to advance their knowledge of OSHA Standards and how they apply to the field. This course provides the participant with the knowledge, skills, competency, and encouragement needed to implement an effective safety and health program.
